Why we chose it
Matte black enamel interior — not bare iron, not PFAS — that develops a cooking patina in the textured surface over time. Made in Alsace, France, under EU enamel composition regulations. The 12" format is the largest on this list and handles family-scale cooking and protein roasting without crowding.
